On Sax we have Rob Sell who has been playing the saxophone for 11 years and started working as a session musician and performer in London when he was just 15.
His playing experience to date includes extensive gigging around the country, as well as performances at Alexandra Palace, the Jazz Cafe, the Hackney Empire, Ronnie Scott’s, China Whites, Koko, Shoreditch House and the 100 Club…
Rob’s composition and arranging work includes music written for Camden Council, Kind Canyon Records, BBC HD and Funkin’ You Records, all of which he has also played on.
Both Rob and George (Trumpet) have been playing filthy brass lines together for many years and as a result are in tune with each other from start to finish. They have their own individual playing vibe created through years of practice and playing together but also through years of schooling they can play to the record flawlessly. Have a listen to the boys on the brass in the Supatight demo’s to get an idea of their flow!
